Firstly Go To The Dashboard Of The blogger Blog

Then Move On To The Template section And Click On EDIT HTML

After Clicking On That You Will Find A Option Jump To Then select Attribution From There,You Will Find A HTML code Like Below

From There Change The Value True to False For The Locked option And save The Changes You Had Made
Now Manually Go To The Layout section And Remove The Widget, The Widget Will Be Easily Removed
